I run a number of classes for those that live locally to me, and offer one-to-one coaching but by far the most popular fitness programme I run is my LifeStyle programme.
A holistic and ever-evolving monthly subscription programme designed to give you the body and mindset you need to enjoy the lifestyle you want. Suitable for anyone 18 years and over.
I know how important it is to offer balance and variety, in a format that makes it easy for you to exercise.
Every month, I release a new timetable with a combination of live and recorded classes. Each month will have a slightly different focus and class combination so you’ll stay focused and motivated whilst learning more about your body and what works for you.
Some clients really love a live class and get a boost from exercising online with fellow LifeStylers. Many also find the routine of doing classes at a fixed time each week helpful in establishing new habits. Others much prefer the recorded classes for the freedom to exercise at whatever time suits them.
Online classes enable you to participate wherever you are in the world – no obstacles and no excuses. You’re not reliant on anyone else to make the class happen, and you don’t have to worry about how you compare to anyone else either. Your confidence grows in a judgement-free zone.
During every class I will motivate you to work to your maximum level, on that given day. Beginner, intermediate or advanced, I’ll help you focus, move faster, lift heavier, breathe deeper, stretch more intensely so you can remain injury free and perform at your highest level.
