Earn points and turn them into rewards

1. For each session booked, you will earn 10 loyalty points.

2. Upon signing up on the website, you will receive a one-time bonus of 50 loyalty points.

3. You can redeem 200 loyalty points for a £10 discount on your next booking/studio pass.

4. Loyalty points have no cash value and can only be used towards discounts on future bookings.

5. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

6. The loyalty program is subject to change or termination at the discretion of LifeWorks.

7. Points will be credited to your account after the session is successfully completed.

8. The loyalty program is valid for registered users only.

9. Points cannot be earned on canceled or refunded bookings.

10. By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the website.

11. LifeWorks reserves the right to remove or modify this loyalty program at any point without prior notice.
