She firmly believes in yoga's transformative power, particularly in alleviating stress and anxiety.
Here at Lifeworks, Hayley leads both adult and teen yoga classes, seamlessly blending yoga and Pilates for a truly enriching experience during our Monday evening Pilates session. Clients adore the soothing touches like lavender eye pillows and blankets that Hayley incorporates for relaxation.
Beyond her regular classes, Hayley is a certified mindset trainer, chair yoga instructor, trauma-informed yoga teacher for children, and an Yotism instructor specializing in adapted yoga for neurodiverse individuals. Louisa Kiernander
After many years working in the corporate world, Louisa followed an inner calling to transition into the world of therapy, spirituality and wellness. After completing a year of hypnotherapy training in 2017, Louisa joined her mother’s therapy practice in Dubai, working with children and adults to help them make positive changes in their lives and walk the path to their happiest, most successful lives. Since moving back to the UK in 2020, Louisa has continued with hypnotherapy while expanding her offerings to run group sessions in-person and online, offering women’s circles, group breathwork, meditations and sound baths, divine feminine/masculine work and much more. A chance encounter with a beautiful mental health project has led to Louisa travelling around the country offering meditation, breathwork and sound sessions at schools, universities, hospitals, community centres and festivals, with people of all ages and backgrounds. Now having settled in Kent, Louisa is delighted to join the Lifeworks team and contribute her gifts and passion to the Lifeworks community. She will be offering regular 60-minute sessions, using a blend of hypnosis, visualisation, meditation and breathwork to guide people to a state of inner peace and calm, as well as longer more immersive sessions, day retreats and more. Expect magical experiences, a deeper connection to your body, your truth and your power while also re-discovering your natural essence – the part of you that is nature in human form.
