Private Fascial Release sessions offer a deeper, more personalised experience.

 

1–1 work allows us to:

  • Focus on your specific pain, injury or restriction

  • Work with stress-based or emotional holding patterns

  • Support nervous system regulation alongside physical release

  • Move at a pace that feels safe, unrushed and contained

 

These sessions are especially powerful if you feel your body has been “holding a lot” for a long time.

 

This is quiet, respectful work — designed for lasting change, not quick fixes.
