What it is?
The experience:

A physically focused 1:1 programme combining Pilates-based strength training, posture work, breath-led movement, and gentle fascial release. Designed for women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again — without pushing, forcing, or burning out.


This programme rebuilds strength in a way that feels safe, intelligent, and deeply supportive.

Many women arrive feeling disconnected from their bodies — tired, tense, or frustrated that their strength and energy no longer feel the way they used to.


Back to Full Strength is about restoring trust in your body. We work progressively, calmly, and intentionally, helping you feel grounded, supported, and physically capable again.


Sessions are tailored, unrushed, and responsive to how your body is actually feeling.
