What is Fascial Release?
Fascial Release works with the body’s connective tissue and the nervous system.
Fascia is deeply connected to how safe, stressed or protected the body feels. When we experience injury, emotional stress, overwhelm or long-term pressure, the nervous system adapts — and the fascia responds by tightening, bracing or holding.
Through gentle, specific fascial manoeuvres and mindful movement, this work helps the nervous system shift out of protection and into regulation — allowing the body to soften, rehydrate and move with greater ease.
This is not forceful work. It is subtle, intelligent and deeply calming.

Release + Reset is a small-group class designed to calm the nervous system while gently releasing deep-held physical tension.
Sessions combine:

Time for the body to reset and rebalance
This class is ideal if traditional exercise feels too stimulating, or if your body needs support rather than pushing.
You’ll leave feeling steadier, softer and more regulated — not exhausted.
Private Work
Private Fascial Release sessions offer a deeper, more personalised experience.
1–1 work allows us to:
