What it is?
The experience:
A coaching-led, healing-focused 1:1 programme integrating trauma-informed coaching, breathwork, and fascial release. This work supports women who are holding stress, emotional weight, or past experiences in their bodies — often without realising it.
This programme focuses less on “doing more” and more on releasing, regulating, and rebuilding internal resilience.
Many clients describe feeling constantly “on edge”, overwhelmed, or disconnected — even when life looks fine on the surface.
Resilient Body, Resilient Mind creates space to slow down, listen to the body, and gently release what’s been stored over time.
The work is subtle but powerful. Clients often notice changes not just in how they feel physically, but in how they think, respond, and relate to themselves and others.
