What is Fascial Release?
Fascial Release works with the body’s connective tissue and the nervous system.

Through gentle, specific fascial manoeuvres and mindful movement, this work helps the nervous system shift out of protection and into regulation, allowing the body to soften, rehydrate and move with greater ease.
