Release & Reset is a gentle but powerful 4-week online programme combining Fascial Release, Pilates, breathwork and mindset work, designed to help you feel calmer, move with more freedom, and come back to yourself.

We begin by slowing down. You’ll learn to tune into what your body is actually carrying, and create the safety needed to begin releasing it.

Week 2:

Release

Letting Go

 

This is where the real work begins. We work through the jaw, shoulders, chest & breath, the places we store stress most. Expect to feel noticeably lighter.

Week 3:

Reconnect

Strength & Trust

 

As tension releases, space opens. We move into the hips, pelvis and lower back, and begin rebuilding strength, stability and confidence from the inside out.

Week 4:

Reset

Integration & Moving Forward

 

A whole-body integration. We look at
where you’ve come from, who you’re becoming, and how to carry this forward into your everyday life.
