We begin by slowing down. You’ll learn to tune into what your body is actually carrying, and create the safety needed to begin releasing it.
Week 2:
Release
Letting Go
This is where the real work begins. We work through the jaw, shoulders, chest & breath, the places we store stress most. Expect to feel noticeably lighter.
Week 3:
Reconnect
Strength & Trust
As tension releases, space opens. We move into the hips, pelvis and lower back, and begin rebuilding strength, stability and confidence from the inside out.
Week 4:
Reset
Integration & Moving Forward
A whole-body integration. We look at
where you’ve come from, who you’re becoming, and how to carry this forward into your everyday life.

About Karen
Karen is a certified Human Garage Fascial Release Coach, Pilates instructor and nervous
