My name is Karen Porter, and my passion and purpose is supporting others to live their best lives. I’m a qualified and accredited ICF life coach and personal trainer who specialises in improving people’s mental and physical wellbeing so they feel good and perform to the best of their ability.
Whether you are looking to change your mindset or physique, make small changes to your daily routine or big changes to your life, I can help. I offer one-to-one coaching as well as group and online programmes designed around achieving specific goals and improving lifestyles.

I run a number of classes for those that live locally to me, and offer one-to-one and small group coaching in person or online but by far the most popular fitness programme I run is my LifeStyle programme.
