​I’m Karen Porter, founder of LifeWorks Studio.

 

I bring together movement, Pilates, fascial release, breathwork, nervous system support and trauma-informed coaching because I believe lasting change happens when we work with the whole person — physical, mental and emotional. My approach is warm, thoughtful and deeply integrative, helping people not only build strength and mobility, but also feel calmer, more regulated, more resilient and more connected in themselves.
