My name is Karen Porter, and my passion and purpose is supporting others to live their best lives. I’m a qualified and accredited ICF life coach and personal trainer who specialises in improving people’s mental and physical wellbeing so they feel good and perform to the best of their ability.
 

Whether you are looking to change your mindset or physique, make small changes to your daily routine or big changes to your life, I can help. I offer one-to-one coaching as well as group and online programmes designed around achieving specific goals and improving lifestyles.

MY LIFEWORKS

The perfect programme if you want to be more self-aware, find your own answers to making change, and develop a strong sense of your own mental wellbeing and what impact this has on your life - including your emotions, patterns and behaviour.  

 

There are up to 10 people on the programme at a time, so it is great if you enjoy being part of a supportive community and want to learn with others whilst still having a personal connection.

  • Where is the LifeWorks Studio based?
    We are in the heart of Cranbrook, Kent, on the High Street. Please find our studio address below: 17 High Street, Cranbrook, Kent, TN17 3EE
  • How do I Book classes?
    Booking can be done via the LifeWorks website (www.lifeworkswithkaren.com) or the 'Spaces by Wix' app (Spaces App: Downloading the App) where questions and queries can also be asked. Once you download the app, you will need to log in using the same login credentials you used to login to the LifeWorks with Karen website and then you will be able to book sessions through the app.
  • What is the expiry date for the Studio Passes?
    The date of when the Studio Passes expire will be in the description of each pass.
  • Can I book sessions using a pass after the expiry date on the pass?
    No, you can only book sessions with your studio pass for any studio sessions that will take place until the expiry date of the pass. For example, if your studio pass expires on 25th December 2024, you can book any session using the pass up until 25th December 2024.
  • Can studio passes be used on courses?
    No. As of now, studio passes can only be used on weekly studio classes, not courses.
  • How long before the session can I cancel my booking?
    Studio Classes If you would like to cancel a session, it must be done 24 hours before the session otherwise you will lose your place and no refund shall be given. Additionally, if you book for a session and don't turn up, unfortunately you will lose the session (if you used a studio pass) and/or no refund shall be processed. Studio Course Courses are block bookings of a session and are payable in advance therefore, the 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply.
  • Who is liable for injuries that takes place during sessions?
    If an injury takes place during a session, you will be liable. Before attending a session, please make sure you have a doctors approval.
  • How do I sign up to the LifeWorks Membership?
    To sign up to the LifeWorks Membership, please visit the 'Membership' tab (click here).
  • Where do I find the on-demand videos?
    When you sign up to the LifeWorks Membership, you will this information in a welcome email. However, if you have lost the email, please see the instructions below: On-demand videos: www.lifeworkswithkaren.com >> LIFEWORKS MEMBERSHIP >> ON-DEMAND Alternatively, if you download the 'Spaces by Wix' app from the app store and log in using the credentials used to login to this website, you will be able to see the "ON-DEMAND" right from the app.
  • How do I join the Exclusive Facebook group when I sign up?
    When you sign up to the LifeWorks Membership, you will get a welcome email that will have details about the membership. There will also be a section in that email about the Facebook group! If you have lost the email or can't find the link to the group, please get in touch!
  • Is the online membership a one-off payment?
    No, the online membership is a recurring payment which will be paid via direct debit once purchasing the membership. Your card will be charged every month until you cancel the membership.
  • How do I cancel my Membership?
    To cancel your membership, please follow the instructions below: ​ Visit www.lifeworkswithkaren.com >> LOGIN IN >> PROFILE >> MY SUBSCRIPTIONS >> CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION ​ Upon cancelling the membership, you will receive an email to confirm this! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
  • Does the online membership work on the studio sessions?
    The online membership is separate from the studio, hence the online membership can't be used on studio sessions.
  • Who is liable for injuries that takes place when following the videos?
    If an injury takes place due to training, you will be liable. Before taking part, please make sure you have a doctors approval.
