ONE-TO-ONE
I have a gorgeous studio in Biddenden, where I work with clients one-to-one. But if geography, health or pandemic mean it is easier to consult one-to-one remotely we can via Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype.
Whatever your challenge, I can help. Restlessness, career challenge, anxiety, relationship struggle, phobia, cancer survivor, re-adjusting post-lockdown.

Karen’s course has taught me so much about my values, my needs, my fears and my strengths and given me not only the power to say No and put my needs first but also given me the strength to go out there and do things for me for the first time in years whilst still focusing on my values.
I took something from every session but also from every single participant. There was laughter and tears and I felt bonded to the group of individuals on the course in a way I haven’t felt for years. Karen has an amazing way of getting everyone to realise their potential and worth and the investment in the course was nothing compared to the outcomes. Of course it’s not easy-at times it was very uncomfortable speaking out and focusing on yourself is hard after years of putting others first but Karen supports you throughout the sessions and beyond and I’m now confident I can move forward and achieve what I want to and also be more present for others without compromising myself.

My LifeWorks Programme
​
The programme is a six week course designed to give you the tools and self-awareness to look at what you do and why you do it, so you can make the changes you need to get your life working the way you want it to.
​
The programme will help you define what success looks like for you and empower you to make the changes you need to meet your goals.
​
95% of change happens by creating awareness. In a safe and supported space, you will discover what is truly important to you at this time, and how to identify and then change previously learned behaviour so you can live the life you want.
​
Each week has a different focus, tailored to your and fellow participants needs: from agreeing personal goals and identifying self-limiting beliefs through to setting healthy strong boundaries, and establishing good habits.
​
A huge benefit of this programme is the strength of support you gain from fellow participants – there are up to 10 people on the course.
