Service Description

Fascial Release for Pain, Mobility & Deep Relaxation Weekly Release & Reset classes - Focus on fascial release, movement, pain relief, and mobility — suitable for regular practice and ongoing support. - Monthly 1.5-hour Release & Reset Sessions - A deeper experience incorporating extended fascial work, breathwork, and nervous system regulation for a more profound reset.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel a session, it must be done 24 hours before the session otherwise you will lose your place and no refund shall be given! Additionally, if you book for a session and don't turn up, unfortunately you will lose the session and no refund shall be processed!
